JAMES ENGLE
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
James has represented writers and directors in film and television as a Literary Manager for over a decade. He spent nine years at Echo Lake Entertainment, where he helped guide and shape countless projects for his clients, and extended the company's foray into new mediums. Engle also produces film and television projects - most recently, the film Oxygen, starring Mélanie Laurent for Netflix.
Engle began his career at the independent film production company Baldwin Entertainment Group, working as an assistant and junior development executive. From there, he joined ICM in the television literary department, supporting some of the agency's most established clients. After his stint at ICM, he joined veteran film producer Sean Daniel at the Sean Daniel Co., developing movies via a first-look deal with Paramount. He went on to spend four years managing feature writers and directors at Benderspink and subsequently joined the team at Artist International, where he further developed his concentration on television writer and director representation, before joining Echo Lake.
BEN C. SILVERMAN
CO-FOUNDER
In addition to his role as Literary Manger and Co-Founder of Navigation Media, Ben is the Managing Director of the Canadian management company Integral Artists, that in 2016 acquired a controlling interest in The Kirk Talent Agency. He serves as President of the production company Timeless Pictures, and is CEO of the private media investment firm Various Things Entertainment, which has a controlling interest in the feature film distribution company LevelFilm. Prior to launching Integral Artists, Silverman served as head of the West Coast Literary Department at The Characters Agency.
KEGAN SCHELL
LITERARY MANAGER
Originally from upstate New York, Kegan studied film production at Full Sail University before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. He began working for Chuck and Rebecca Roven at Atlas Entertainment, assisting on the DC Superhero Films Suicide Squad, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Wonder Woman. From there, Kegan joined Echo Lake Entertainment, where he swiftly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Manager in the Literary Department.
Kegan spent six years at Echo Lake before joining Navigation Media. As a member of the Navigation team, Kegan continues to be a passionate advocate for queer and underrepresented talent, especially in the horror and genre space, aiming to bring new perspectives to the Hollywood stage.
ABIGAIL PALMER
LITERARY MANAGER
Abigail started in Literary Management as an assistant at Epicenter supporting the careers of screenwriters and directors. She then moved to Intellectual Property Group as a Coordinator. In that role, she worked with a wide range of executives, screenwriters, and directors and also focused on IP representation. Abigail holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and a Master's Degree in Creative Producing. She has a passion for script and story development and is dedicated to supporting underrepresented storytellers.
ALEX CREASIA
LITERARY MANAGER
Alex Creasia has spent over a decade in literary management and production, specializing in nurturing emerging multihyphenates with diverse backgrounds and integrating them into traditional TV and film spaces. Known for discovering unique intellectual properties, Alex has worked with content ranging from games and documentaries to podcasts and social media videos on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. His expertise extends to the unscripted realm, particularly in sports, where he collaborates with artists and producers to bring compelling stories to life. Notably, he has helped produce and sell indie films such as STILL, starring Madeline Brewer, and ONLY, starring Leslie Odom Jr. and Freida Pinto, both written and directed by his client Takashi Doscher. Before joining Navigation Media Group, Alex was a manager at Sugar23 and Pathfinder Media and began his Hollywood career at CAA and Ryan Murphy Productions. He is a proud veteran of the US Marines.

Louise Keshaviah established her career as a talent agent at Gersh and transitioned into management in 2021. Known for her commitment to her clients and her strategic approach to talent representation, Louise has built a reputation for identifying and nurturing promising talent. Over the years, she’s represented the leads of series for Netflix, ABC, NBC, Hulu, Amazon etc. as well as clients in studio and independent film. Her personalized approach and dedication to fostering the growth of her clients’ are the foundation of her approach to representation.

Trevor Duke-Moretz has been managing talent and producing film and television for over 13 years. Starting by working on Lionsgate’s break-out hit, KICKASS, and Executive Producing Universals KICKASS 2. He followed up by working on the 2018 Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner, THE MISEDUCATION OF CAMERON POST, and the YA breakout hit, IF I STAY, for MGM and Warner Bros. Lately, he has wrapped the mini-series GASLIGHT, produced alongside Automatik Entertainment, based on the hit podcast of the same name, as well as the SnapChat unscripted series COMING OUT. His most recently worked on the streaming hit MOTHER/ANDROID, working alongside 6th and Idaho Motion Picture Company.
PATRICK STRAPAZON
LITERARY MANAGER
Patrick was born and raised in Los Angeles and began his career working in development at HBO before assisting writer/director Joss Whedon on MARVEL’S AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. and AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON. He then joined Fox 2000 Pictures and later worked with multiple Emmy award-winning director David Nutter on GAME OF THRONES. Patrick continued his work in the genre space by assisting showrunner Rafe Judkins on Amazon’s television adaptation of THE WHEEL OF TIME and was the Development Coordinator at Judkins’ production company, Long Weekend, before launching Stellar Entertainment in 2021. He is known for identifying and launching early-stage writers and advocating for underrepresented voices. His clients have staffed on shows for Netflix, Marvel/Disney+, Paramount+, Apple TV+, The CW and Nickelodeon among others.

With a keen eye for talent and a commitment to fostering creative partnerships, he has established himself as a versatile and innovative manager.
